See the app your agent builds, live

Ask your agent to run the app it is working on, and a Preview tab appears beside the chat. Click around it as you would any website while the agent keeps working on it.

The Preview tab

• Once the agent starts the app, a Preview tab appears next to Chat on the agent's page, with a green dot while the app is running
• Apps that reload themselves when their code changes, such as ones built with Vite, update in the preview as the agent edits them
• The bar above the preview shows the page you are on. Type another path there to go to it, or open the preview in a new tab
• Reload and Open in new tab keep you on the page you are on
• Switching between Chat and Preview keeps your place in both

Who can see it

• Only people who can already view the agent: you, and the people you shared it with
• People you shared the agent with can open its preview unless you turn that off: in the preview's … menu, untick People it's shared with can open it
• The preview runs on a site of its own, gotogether.cc, so the app in it can't reach your GoTogether account

Ask first works here too

• With Ask first on, the agent asks before it starts the app, since that runs a command it chose
• Checking on the preview, reading its logs and stopping it never ask

Stop it, or let it sleep

• Stop preview, in the preview's … menu, ends it. Ask the agent to start it again
• When the agent's sandbox has gone to sleep, opening the preview wakes it, which takes a few seconds

From the dock

• The dock is too small to show an app, so when the agent in it has a preview, Open preview at the top of the dock opens the agent's page on its Preview tab

• Ask the agent to run your app, in any agent chat. The Preview tab shows on the agent's page and on agents in a space
