#hey is a shared public channel for the whole organization, not a private inbox thread.

Where to find it

• Pinned #hey tab in the floating dock (desktop)
• Channels section in Agent/Inbox history
• Full page at /channels/hey (auto-joins on open)

Who gets it

• Available for every org kind (startups and others)
• Non-startups without a private inbox still get #hey as the shared room
